1. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without written permission.
2. Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal and professional growth, increased self-awareness and intentional decision-making. Coaching is NOT therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice or any other licensed professional service. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results throughout the coaching relationship.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon. I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
4. Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are designed to provide continuity, accountability and meaningful purpose over time.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:
Coaching packages are non-transferable. Sessions should be used within the agreed-upon coaching period.Unused sessions are not refundable after the coaching engagement has begun.
5. Payment
Payment is due before the start of each coaching session or coaching package unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the onboarding process.
6. Refund Policy
non-refundable. Because coaching is a personalized professional service, completed coaching sessions are If a coaching package is purchased and circumstances change before coaching begins, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Confidentiality
Creating a safe and trusting coaching environment is incredibly important to me. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
8. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, assessments, exercises, digital downloads, website content and original resources remain the intellectual property of MAIK Your Shift and MAIK Management. They are provided for personal use and may not be copied, shared, sold or distributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While I am committed to providing thoughtful coaching and support, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and agree MAIK Your Shift and MAIK Management shall not be liable for decisions or actions you choose to take based on coaching conversations, social media or website content.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
