Hey, I’m Ellide.

I help people get unstuck, make intentional choices, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Because sometimes the hardest part of change isn’t knowing that something needs to shift.
It’s trusting yourself enough to decide what comes next.

MY STORY
I know what it feels like to ask, “What’s next?”

For much of my career, I built a life around achievement, leadership, responsibility, and getting things done.
I learned how to navigate complex situations, lead through uncertainty, solve problems, support teams, and make decisions when there wasn’t always a perfect answer.
But like so many people, I’ve also experienced seasons where the bigger questions weren’t professional.
They were personal.
Is this still what I want?
What do I want next?
What happens when the version of life that once fit me no longer does?
Those moments taught me something important:
Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Often, it simply means you’ve reached a point where the choices that got you here may not be the choices that take you forward.
That realization is a big part of why I coach today.

WHY I COACH

I believe people are capable of more intentional lives.

The quality of our lives is shaped by the quality of the choices we make.
And the quality of our choices is shaped by our awareness.

Every day, we make hundreds of choices.
Some are automatic.
Some are intentional.
Many are shaped by beliefs, habits, fears and expectations we’ve never stopped to question.
Yet the choices that shape our lives deserve more than autopilot.
That’s why I coach.
I help people become more aware, make intentional choices and create meaningful shifts that align with the life they truly want.
I don’t coach because I think I have all the answers.
I coach because I believe meaningful change happens when people have the space to slow down, ask better questions and choose what truly aligns with who they are becoming.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do.
It’s to help you discover what’s already within you.

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Awareness. Choice. Shift.

My coaching approach is grounded in one simple belief:
Your life is shaped by the choices you make.
The more aware you become of what is influencing those choices, the more intentionally you can decide what comes next.
That’s the foundation of the MAIK Your Shift Method.

Awareness

Understand what’s shaping your thoughts, behaviors, beliefs and decisions.

Choice

Decide intentionally instead of reacting from fear, habit, pressure or expectation.

Shift

Turn those choices into meaningful action and lasting progress.

This process isn’t about becoming someone entirely new.
It’s about becoming more conscious of who you are, what you want and how you choose to move through your life.

WHAT’S IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME

Warm, honest, supportive - and willing to challenge you.

Coaching with me is conversational.
There’s room for humor, honesty, reflection, uncomfortable truths and the occasional “Okay…why am I doing this again?” moment.
I’ll celebrate your progress, challenge your assumptions and ask the questions that help you see yourself – and your choices – more clearly.
And I’ll keep bringing you back to one question:
What are you choosing now?

EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS

Coaching informed by real-world leadership.

My coaching is grounded in professional training and shaped by years of leading people, navigating change and partnering with professionals and executives in demanding environments.
That real-world perspective allows me to bring both empathy and practicality to every coaching conversation.
Depending on your goals, we may also use tools like the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) Assessment to deepen self-awareness and accelerate growth.

PERSONAL TOUCH

A little more about me.

Outside of coaching and work, I am someone who values curiosity, connection, growth, good conversation and a life that feels full – not just busy!
I believe we can take our goals seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
And I believe some of our biggest shifts begin when we give ourselves permission to question what we’ve always done and imagine what else might be possible.

Ready to talk about what’s next?

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk. That’s kind of the point. If you’re ready to get clearer about what you want and begin making intentional choices toward it, let’s start with a conversation.
