COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching may be a good fit if you’re feeling stuck, navigating a transition, facing an important decision
or simply looking for greater clarity and confidence in your next steps.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. In fact, many people begin coaching
because they don’t.

Our first conversation is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to get to know each other.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’re hoping to create, and whether working
together feels like the right fit. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions about my coaching
approach or the process.

Not at all.
One of the most common reasons people seek coaching is because they’re unsure about what comes
next. You don’t need a perfect plan – you simply need to be open to exploring what’s possible.

While therapy often focuses on healing and understanding the past, coaching is future-focused.
Together, we’ll explore where you are today, where you want to go and the intentional choices that will
help you move forward. If I ever believe another type of support would better serve your needs, I’ll
always encourage you to pursue what’s best for you.
How often do we meet?
Most clients meet every two to four weeks, depending on their goals, schedule and coaching package.
We’ll determine a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

The ELI Assessment is a research-backed assessment that helps uncover the patterns, perspectives
and beliefs influencing how you think, respond and make decisions. It’s one of the tools I may use during coaching to deepen self-awareness and support meaningful,
lasting change.

No.
While many clients find the assessment incredibly valuable, it’s not required. Every coaching
engagement is personalized, and together we’ll determine the approach that best supports your goals.

Coaching sessions are currently offered virtually, making it easy to connect wherever you’re located.
If you’re interested in leadership workshops or organizational coaching, let’s talk about what would best
support your team.

Every coaching relationship is different.
Some clients come with a specific goal they’d like to work through, while others choose ongoing
coaching for continued growth and accountability.
We’ll discuss what makes the most sense based on your goals and where you are in your journey.

That’s exactly why I offer a complimentary clarity conversation.
Finding the right coach is important, and I want you to feel comfortable, informed and confident in your
decision. If we’re a great fit, wonderful. If not, I genuinely hope our conversation leaves you with greater
clarity about your next step.

I’d love to hear from you.
